The release of the Annual Compendium of Disability Statistics & Report on Disability will be held on Thursday, February 4, 2016 at The Washington Center, Blinken Auditorium, in Washington, DC. The event is also available live via webcast on the same date and time, and will be archived for later viewing.
The Compendium release will include a briefing and overview of the new expanded Compendium, data panel discussion, as well as several invited speakers from UNH-IOD, NIDILRR, CDC, Census Bureau, National Center for Health Statistics, and the Bureau of Labor Statistics.
The Compendium is a web-based tool that pools disability statistics published by various federal agencies together in one place. When working on legislative and other matters relating to persons with disabilities, the Compendium will make finding and using disability statistics easier. It will prove invaluable to your work.
